in a blind item, i think he is the ‘bf ng isa ring doktor’ who allegedly did a lipo on a patient that caused her death. according to the tattler, jobert sucaldito, at first the parents kept mum and came to an agreement with the clinic but is not pushing for a class suit action. could it be a big news in a few hours????

Dr Hayden Ko is now facing a lawsuit from the family of the alleged victim who died while he performs lipo-suction on her.

The victim, a mother of 4 (i think) belongs to a well off family and according to news, they will not settle the case off-court.

Sources from Bello claims, ONE, the procedure was not done inside the Bello Medical Clinic (rumaraket ng mag-isa si Hayden?), TWO, the patient died of an asthma attack during the procedure, and THREE, it was just a follow up procedure when the patient died.

QUESTION, dba dapat before u perform any major (including lipo) surgery, the doctors must make sure that the patient is in perfect condition before undergoing any serious operation?

Either Hayden didnt check the patients background bago sya nag lipo. OR the patient insisted that she be done lipo, even if she knows the risk.

As of today, the BELLO GROUP (including Vicky) is still mum about the issue, wala pa daw kasing autopsy report from whoever is incharge. (Ang bagal naman ng autopsy)

IF and ONLY IF… the patient did sign a waiver stating that the clinic will not be responsible for any untoward effects on her bec of her medical condition… LUSOT SI HAYDEN, pag wala…. I DONT KNOW!!!
