saw him walking around glorietta sometime last year..he’s cute but still too young (he was still thin then)! While harrypotter doesn’t like his nose, I find it cute especially in side view. He’s got appeal!

Hi Tony,
I saw the trailer of “Endo” some time ago and I thought it would be worth my time, effort, and dough. The simple yet mysterious-looking Jason Abalos, a native of a Central Luzon province, stars in the movie, does not he? I have not read about story of the so-called ban in the papers. Why was it banned? What’s in the film that made the Sy-owned malls ban it? Judging by the movie clips I saw, “Endo” was and is a wholesome film, and as such, I do not understand why SM Mall management would ban the screening in its cinemas. I would appreciate your enlightening me on this disturbing issue, if you do not mind.

I agree …and it is not only the gay/ adult themed films that are not shown in SM, but I heard the film “Endo” (2007 Cinemalaya entry) was also banned from being shown there. Oh well.

I look forward to watching Mr. Aquitania’s movie as it quite interests me. I am pretty sure hordes of gay film enthusiasts and curious moviegoers will troop to Robinson’s Galleria to watch and enjoy it too. Speaking of the latter mall, I am glad Gokongwei and his management team have been kind enough as to allow gay-themed and adult films to be screened in their cinemas, in contrast to the practice of the management of their principal rival mall in the Philippines. Quite a number of gay films have been shown at Robinson’s Galleria and Ermita cinemas and Robinson’s Mall’s decision may be viewed as an indication of its support for independent film makers.
