i’ve watched it already about 4 months ago and tama, tragic ang naging ending..
akala ko okay na pero nagbago pa.

next ko din ko din pinanood ang love of siam after niyan.

i think thais are excellent in producing gay themed stories… nakakatouch karamihan ng lahat ng films nila.

    yun lang po.

Thai movie is excellent… Sexy and tragic ang Bangkok Love Story pero ang Love of Siam, kileg at pang teenager…Panoorin nyo sa CrunchyRoll, it’s free…Medyo mahaba ang Love of Siam, 2.5 hours sya pero worth watching…Watch it with your friends…Highly recommended din Asian movies like Formula 17 and Eternal Summer…

Guys you may download the whole movie with tagalog subtitle. Make sure you use a download manager with resume feature, the download is only available from 9:30am to 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays only:

    http://124.105.13.12:81/bls/

    File sumamry:

    Bangkok_Love_Story.avi –> The movie itself
    Bangkok_Love_Story.srt –> Subtitle in Tagalog
*.mp3s –> The theme song of the movie

    How to play the movie:

    (1) Download the XVID codec from xvid.org and install it.
    (2) Download Media Player Classic Home Cinema Edition from http://nchc.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/mpc-hc/mplayerc_homecinema_x86_v1.1.604.0.zip and use it to open and play the avi. Make sure the *.srt file lies within the current location where the avi file also resides in order to be able to see the subtitle

    (3) Before playing the movie, open and run Media Player Classic, from the menu, click View –> Options. A dialog box will appear. On the left side click Output under Playback and put a tick on VMR9 and click OK. This will enable the subtitle to appear during playback. That’s it. Enjoy!

Some of my favorite Asian gay-themed films are Eternal Summer(Taiwan), Bangkok Love Story(Thailand),
The Love of Siam(Thailand), and Bishonen(Hongkong). Finding a good one from the Philippines is darn hard. The medyo better ones are Lalaki sa Parola, Sikil and Lihim ni Antonio altho’ they are nowhere near
the quality of the Asian films I mentioned.

Bishonen (HK) I enjoyed! Stephen Fung and Daniel Wu looked very good together!–sad ending, though.  Also enjoyed No Regret (Korea)–happy ending, for once.  Someone uploaded an “MTV” of this movie on YouTube with George Michael’s remake of The First Time I Ever Saw Your Face as background music–hauntingly beautiful!  I didn’t like Bangkok Story so much–it reminded me of a hastily done Pinoy B-movie with too many elements and weak characterization. Could’ve been better. Despite some flaws, Daybreak really moved me–the unhappy ending was a bummer, of course.  Sikil was also ok.  Another good tearjerker would be Making Love (US), released in the early ’80s. You wouldn’t know whom to root for–the jilted wife who discovers her husband’s dark secret or the troubled husband who eventually comes to terms with his homosexuality. Roberta Flack’s title song made the film more intense.

I love this film. It’s one of the few films that really did make me cry maski gaano pa ako magpigil. I even let my sister watch it. Nasaid yata ang luha nya. The end credits were already rolling di pa rin siya tumitigil sa pag-iyak.
