I have never been to Government, that bar in Makati famous for people who party till the cows come home. Some friends tell me it’s the melting pot of Manila gays who do drugs (hey I’m not sure if this is true), others say it is a great gay cruising place. Well, I better check it out one of these days. I want to see it for myself.

Thank you for helping us promote Club Government. I hope you have already visited the club. It’s true that there are a lot of party animals at Government as you have described, but more importantly, Club Government has become THE PLACE for gay people to be themselves — to simply have fun. As a result, many have become lifelong friends who meet up regularly every weekend to unwind. One thing is very evident when you visit the club, everyone is friendly/unpretentious from the staff, the owners, to the customers.
