Bar Uno’s JV and Xavier

March 28th, 2007 - Posted on March 28th, 2007

I was at Bar Uno last night to watch the Grand Finals of its “Wild, Wild Wet” model competition with a twist. Thank you to Josh, an MGG reader, for sending in photos. Another reader who wishes to remain anonymous sent in some delicious photos as well. I think the ultimate winner (JV) and the 1st runner up (Xavier) both deserved to win, although I would have chosen Xavier to win the top plum, and JV as the 1st runner up. But past is past! Let’s just enjoy these two hunks’ photos! Read the rest of this entry »

Alizon Andres is one of the candidates in this year’s Century Superbods. He twice joined the auditions for Starstruck, that GMA 7 reality-based show for new actors but never made the cut. Would Alizon be luckier this time around? What do you think?

Gay fantasies for the straight guy (ha, ano daw?) — but anyway, this is how they describe Pantasya, a new digital feature from Brillante Mendoza. Pantasya is a compilation of five episodes that all deal with the wildest gay fantasies involving “men in uniform.” — translated as the -er types. PNP: It’s OK to be Gay, BUT…

March 27th, 2007 - Posted on March 27th, 2007

I was once dragged by a friend to a party for “straight-acting gay guys.” It turned out to be an “O-Party” apparently organized by a number of closetted gay police officers. (O as in orgy.) Good thing the organizers were late, and I had time to sneak out. Here’s a development regarding gay police officers.

From The Philippine Star 03/23/2007:

sf.jpg The Philippine National Police (PNP) has issued a warning to gay officers not to sway their hips or display suggestive behavior while on duty or they risk losing their jobs.

“If they sway their hips while marching, or if they engage in lustful conduct, I think that will be ground for separation” from the service, Pagdilao said.

Ricky Reyes: Ang Mother ng Ganda

March 27th, 2007 - Posted on March 27th, 2007

A friend texted me late last night - “Gising ka pa? Bilis, watch GMA 7, I-Witness.” It turns out a documentary about Ricky Reyes (”Ang gandaaaa…!”) was showing. It was entitled, “Ang Mother ng Ganda.” I caught the portion where Howie Severino, host/writer of the docu, was interviewing “Mader Ricky.” It was an eye-opener. The Parlorista Ng Bayan has got some hard-hitting ideas in that hairstyled head ha! The gay guy’s got wisdom. And his rags-to-riches story is just perfect for the Pinoy Audience — we Filipinos just can’t resist the inspiration of a poor man turned millionaire, even if he’s gay.
